TECHNOLOGY & TRAINING
Pre-Note: The Technology Transfer & Training to produce the CVTrac vehicles may not be necessary for all buyers, therefore it has been separated from the sale of factory equipment.
Thus, if you do not require any Technical Training, there will be no training charges at all,
and you can just purchase the proprietary Tooling & Equipment necessary to produce CVTrac.
BUY the TECHNOLOGY & TRAINING
Most buyers will need at least some amount of personnel “Hands ON” Training.
If you should decide to purchase a Site License with factories being offered, we provide a detailed Technology Transfer Training course, designed specifically for the production of the CVTrac vehicle.
ON-SITE TRAINING PROGRAM:
Typically, the Technology Transfer and Training is a 3 month Program for the benefit of the buyer to impart the essential knowledge and to train the buyer’s qualified officers and employees in the establishment, operation and maintenance of the afore-mentioned CVTrac Factory Production Line (Understanding and Maintaining the Production System, Product Knowledge, Manufacturing the Product, and Quality Control).
To accomplish this goal, CVTrac provides a team of qualified technicians and instructors, already well versed in the methods or production of the CVTrac line of vehicles.
CVTrac highly recommends that prior to the commencement of the Technology Transfer Program, we be allowed to inspect the proposed Manufacturing/Training Facility and thereafter provide the Buyer with the required lay-out and specifications for the production area, stock room and the administrative offices and support facilities.
Remember … it is entirely up to the buyer as to whether or not they want this training. And it is up to the buyer as to exactly how long the training will be required. It can be stopped at any time, and can be extended, as the buyer deems necessary.
ADDED BONUS: Most everyone is aware that composites are here to stay and is the way to the future. Some of the processes which CVTrac utilizes to construct its vehicles may be unique, however working with composite materials is a well know trend. Be assured, that what you will learn from our technicians, can certainly be incorporated to achieve most any other composite goals for an endless list of other composite ideas, dreams or needs.
