A Standard M&D (Manufacturing & Distribution) License package contains the rights to a specific country, to build the CVTrac in that country, based on the CVTrac assembly line production structure.

It is conservatively projected that the production capacity of a single license (one production line) should result in approximately 200 to 350 vehicles per year, with NO minimum placed on a licensee.

Thereafter, additional Licenses (known as Enhanced production License or “EPL”), can be acquired which would allow a licensee to increase the production level at an additional cost, which would include the necessary additional proprietary molds and equipment to achieve the increase in production.

ISSUING PROCESS AND LICENSE COST

Before a License can be issued, all applicants are expected to fill out a CVTrac Credit Information form, in order to meet the criteria as a CVTrac Site-License Holder.

When qualified, a licensee shall be issued a license by CVTrac to Manufacture & Distribute (M&D) the CVTrac in there country, as long as that country is available & mutually agreed upon by both parties.

A standard license will include the rights to produce & market the CVTrac vehicle in the approved country, and shall include three (3) production lines, all materials, equipment and support that have been previously listed.

License Includes: Three (3) Sets of Production Molds, Jigs and Patterns, fixtures, (5+) complete engines, (10) 70% completed vehicle inventory, existing manufacturing tools & equipment, and tons of the existing finished composite components (including 10 main bodies, and many other assorted finished fiberglass parts).
